Our working hours are 8am – 6:30pm Monday to Friday and 8am – 4pm on a Saturday.
General Plumbing FAQs
Our hourly rate is £75 plus VAT, per worker and our daily rate is £300 plus VAT, per worker.
If the hourly rate exceeds the day rate, we will only charge you the day rate in order to keep the cost of work more affordable for you.

Depending on the task at hand there may be some clutter while work is being carried out. We will, however, always tidy up after ourselves. If you wish, you can view our tidiness rating over on Checkatrade.
Our payment terms are – 10% upon order of service, 40% upon commencement and 50% upon completion of the work. We can let you know when, who and how to pay when you contact us.
You can rearrange your appointment if required and we do not charge any extra for doing so. Please let us know as soon as possible if you do need to rearrange a booking.
There is no initial call out fee, unless work is required outside of our general working hours (emergency call outs). There is a minimum charge of £80+ VAT for call outs outside normal hours.
We can accept debit cards, credit cards and bank transfers as forms of payment for our services.
