It is highly recommended that you get you book a boiler service on an annual basis. This will allow you to highlight any arising problems with your boiler before they worsen. By having an annual boiler service, you are much more likely to avoid costly repairs or replacements.
KR Plumbing & Heating can carry out a boiler service for you. We’ll perform all of the necessary checks to ensure that your boiler is running efficiently. We can also perform any necessary boiler maintenance and repairs.

Boiler Servicing FAQs
We will carry out all of the necessary checks to ensure that your boiler is running efficiently. If we happen to find a problem with your boiler, our engineer will advise on the best course of action to get it running smoothly again.
You will be charged 10% of the full fee upon order of the service. We then charge 40% upon commencement and 50% upon completion. A boiler service costs £80+ VAT plus the cost of parts.

You can have you boiler serviced at any time, however, it is best to have it carried out during the warmer months. Naturally your boiler will see less use during the warmer months, so having it serviced then will help to ensure that it is suitable for use when temperatures drop.

Generally a boiler service takes no more than an hour to complete. The time it takes to complete a job can vary depending on the task at hand though. Upon consultation, we can give you a time frame estimation so that you will have a better idea of how long the work will take.
We’ll always leave your home in the same condition as it was when we arrived. Depending on the job, there may be a little clutter while the work is being carried out, but we’ll be sure to clean up after ourselves.

If you need to rearrange a time for a booked service, that’s no problem. Please let us know as soon as possible that you need to rearrange. We do not charge extra for rearranging a booking.
