Yes! KR Plumbing is Gas Safe registered. According to UK law all gas engineers must be on the Gas Safe Register. You can confirm our registration on the Gas Safe website by inputting your postcode or by inputting our registration number. Our Gas Safe registration number is – 527385.
Some jobs can cause clutter, but we always tidy up after ourselves and won’t leave any of our mess behind. Many of our previous clients have commented in reviews that they were pleased with our standard of cleanliness and we also continue to maintain a high tidiness rating on Checkatrade.
We charge 10% of payment on order of service. 40% on commencement of service and 50% upon completion.
We can let you know when, who and how to pay when you contact us.
It’s fine if you need to arrange your appointment for a new time. However, we do ask that you inform us of this as early as possible. By doing so you will allow us sufficient time to properly rearrange our schedule. There is no charge for rearranging a booking.
There is no initial call out fee. We only charge when work is being carried out. The minimum cost is an hour of labour (£75+ VAT).
We accept credit cards, debit cards and bank transfers as payment methods for our services.
